Time Quote of the Day

Welcome to Life Changing Seminars!

The Grubbs FamilyWelcome to Life Changing Seminars and Redeeming the Time Radio!  Life Changing Seminars is a ministry dedicated to challenging Christians to Redeem the Time.  How is a distinctively Christian approach to time management different from time management for anyone else?  The difference is in the Biblical concept of eternity.  That's a really big difference!  Our prayer is that on these pages, you will learn more about our ministry, and find resources that will help you to "redeem the time."

-Rick Grubbs

Life Changing Seminars continues to impact thousands of lives each and every year.  Churches, Christian School conventions, homeschool groups, and national organizations as well as local community groups and businesses have learned principles to help them better manage the most precious resource that God has given them--their time.  We would be privileged to share these principles with your church, organization, or convention as well.

Time Minute for the Day

smallerclockicon.jpgOn April 14, 2002, Jenny Wood-Allen completed the London Marathon in 11 hours 34 minutes.  That might not seem so significant except that Jenny Wood-Allen was born in 1911.  And at 90 years 145 days old she became the oldest woman to finish a marathon.

Jenny Wood-Allen didn’t run her first marathon until she was 71.  But you and I are in a race today- A race against time.  Our greatest challenge is to see how much we can get done for the Lord between now and the day we die.

To win that race we have to make some decisions.  There’s not time to do everything we’d like to do.  We have to choose between a fun-filled life and a fruitful life.  Those who focus on seeing how much fun they can have, come to the end of their race dreading death and giving account to God for their time.

But those who focus on fruitful living will experience a fruitful death as well, knowing they have redeemed the time.
